RIDUTTORI PU/4 TM
Il diagramma indica sulle ascisse il valore della pressione alla quale viene erogata l’aria dai rubinetti del riduttore quando vengono aperti e sulle ordinate la portata in l/min.
I valori fatti segnare dalle curve evidenziano la pressione nel riduttore chiuso.

PU/4 I TM PRESSURE REDUCER
The unit main parts are made in metal. The reducer is fitted with two or one 1/4″ valve or quick coupler. A high density plastic filter is fitted inside. The unit is connected to the compressor tank by means of a bottom 1/2″ plug in connector.

The standard pressure gauge has a diameter of 50 mm 1/4″ rear connection scale 0-16 BAR and PSI or KPA. The unit is suitable for compressors with tank capacity of 100 liters or more.

Die wichtigsten Komponenten bestehen aus Metall. Der Druckminderer ist mit einem oder zwei 1/4” Hähne, oder Schnellkupplungen ausgestattet. Im inneren befindet sich ein hochdichter Filter aus Kunststoff. Der Anschluss an den Kompressorbehälter erfolgt über einen unteren 1/2” Steckverschluss.

Das Standard Manometer hat einen 50 mm Ø, 1/4” hinteren Anschluss im Maßstab 0-16 bar bzw. PSI oder auf Wunsch KPA. Verwendbar mit Kompressorenmit mind.100l.Druckbehältern.

Similar to the PU/4I model except for the connection: this is on the unit back with 1/2″ threading.
The casing is made in zamak.

Identisch mit Modell PU/4I. Ausnahme ist der 1/2” Gewinde- Anschluss, der sich im unteren Gehäuseteil befindet.
Das Gehäuse ist aus Zamat.

RATE OF FLOW CURVE
MIGNON TM REDUCERS
The curve points on the abscisses the pressure that the reducer deliverys when the taps are opened and on the ordinates points the rate of flow in l/min.
The curve valves shows the pressure when the reducer is closed.

Auf der Abszisse ist der Druck angegeben, mit dem die Luft aus den Hähnen entweicht, wenn diese geöffnet werden und auf der Ordinate der Durchflusssatz in l/min. Die Ziffem auf den Kennlinien beziehen sich auf den Druck bei geschlossenem Druckminderer.

L’attacco inferiore di collega- mento al serbatoio è 3/8″ maschio. Monta di serie un manometro Ø 40 attacco po- steriore 1/8″ scala 0-12 BAR e corrispon- dente PSI.
Il pomello di regolazione può essere bloccato alla pressione di esercizio desiderata. Viene impiegato su compressori da 25 a 50 litri.
A richiesta è fornita la versione con filettatura 1/2″”.

MIGNON
PRESSURE REDUCER
Same design as pressure reducer PU/4. It is fitted with the mini ball valves 1/4″ or the quick couplers.
A high density plastic filter is fitted inside. The unit is connected to the compressor tank by means of 3/8″ plug-in type bottom connection.
The standard pressure gauge has a diameter of 40 mm rear connection 1/8″ scale 0-12 BAR and PSI.
The adjustment knob can be locked at the desidered operating pressure.
The unit is suitable for 25 or 50 liter compressors.
On request the bottom thread can be 1/2″.

Gleiche Ausführung wie der PU/4 Druckminderer. Serienmäßig mit 1/4” mini Ku- gelhähne oder Schnellkupplung mit einem inneren hochdichten Kunststofffilter. Unterer Anschluss als 3/8” Steckverbin- dung. Das Standard Manometer hat einen 40 mm Durchm, einen 1/8” hinteren Anschluss im Maßstab 0/12 bar bzw PSI. Der Reglerknauf läßt sich bei eingstellten Betriebsdruck fixieren. Verwendbar mit Kompressoren von 25 bis 50 l. Lieferbar auch mit 1/2” Gewinde.

È il riduttore più piccolo, senza filtro, costruito in metallo(il corpo) e in plastica (coppa e pomello di regolazione) che può essere bloccato alla pressione di esercizio voluta. Monta di serie un rubi- netto a sfera mini 1/4″ o attacco rapido e un manometro Ø 40 attacco posteriore 1/4″ scala 0-12 BAR e corrispondente PSI.
Vengono costruiti due modelli A – B di cui forniamo lo schema nella pagina precedente.

MICRO
PRESSURE REDUCER
This is the smallest unit in the series. It is made in metal (casing) and plastics (cup and adjustment knob) that can be locked at the desired operating pressure and has no filter. The standard version is fitted with a ball valve 1/4″ or quick cou- pler. The pressure gauge dia. 40 mm has a 1/4″ connection and a 0-12 BAR scale and PSI scale.
Two models A – B are available, as for diagram at picture in the previous page.

DRUCKMINDERER
Der kleinste Druckminderer der Bau- reihe, ohne Filter. Gehäuse aus Metall, Becherteil und Reglerknauf aus Kunststoff. Serienmäßig mit einem 1/4” mini Kugelhahn oder Schnappventil sowie Manometer mit einem 40 mm Durchm, 1/ 4” hinterer Anschluss im Maßstab 0-12 bar bzw. PSI.
Es sind zwei Modelle (A-B) verfügbar, deren Diagramme auf der vorigen Seite dargestellt sind.

MICROMATIC
PRESSURE REDUCER
Similar to the MICRO has a adjustment brought about by a quadruple screw that makes to read the pressure of reducer with one round on 360° on a branded scale under the cup without using the gauge.

DRUCKMINDERER
Ähnelt dem MICRO, nutzt jedoch für die Regulierung eine Vierfach-Schraube, mit der es möglich ist, den Druck im Druckminderer im Rahmen einer 360° Drehung auf einer Maßskala unter dem Becherteil abzulesen und kommt Folglich ohne Manometer aus.
